You can send an executable .EXE file via email or facebook

Method 1:

1.Convert it in RAR file.
2.Open your gmail account.
3.Compose a new email. 

4.Attach the rar file.
5.Send it to same id into which you have login.
6.Open the email that you got.
7.Look at the attached file where u have two option(view and Download)
8.Right click on Download option.
9.There you got “copy link location” click on that.
10.Now send this link to ur friends.

Note:If size of file is large  this method may not work.

Upload to
http://mediafire.com or http://4shared.com or on your own web host and copy and send the link from there.

How to find the ip address of email that you recieved

You can find the originating ip address of a email using its headers

Open the email you recieved, go to reply option.

or you see like this in standard version

Click on down arrow then
Click on the show original option.
A new window opens which gives the full detail of email
Find there

"client ip".

This is the ip from where email was sent to you.
Note that  ip address
Now you can find location of ip from many sites like iplocation.com
